Absolutely. Wisperly is SOC 2 Type II certified. Audio is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Voice recordings are processed and immediately discarded — we never store your audio. Enterprise customers get additional options including zero data retention and optional on-device processing.

The global hotkey is a keyboard shortcut that activates Wisperly from any app. Press it to start dictating, press it again (or pause speaking) to stop. The default hotkey is customizable in Wisperly's settings.

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier.
